Ingredients: 1 large bunch of basil (about 3 cups, loosely packed) 2-3 large cloves garlic. 6 Tbsp raw pine nuts, cashews, walnuts (or a combination of the three) 3/4 –1 tsp Celtic salt, or Himalayan to taste. 6 Tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil. Place all the ingredients in the process and process until well combined. Great through spelt past or rice noodles, and great on the base or pizza's.

Ingredients: 2 cups of sunflower seed (soaked overnight) 1 cup of pine nuts 1 Tablespoon Celtic or Himalayan salt Juice from 2 lemons (I also put in 3 drops of Young Living lemon oil too) optional. 1/3 cup of olive oil 1 bunch of green onions, all except roots (diced small) Place soaked sunflower seeds and pine nuts, salt into your food processor. Process the seeds until becomes finest it will go. If it sticks to sides stop processing, and scrape from the side into the centre. Then add lemon juice and olive oil. Process again to make smooth. Ingredients: 2 cups (300g) dates or medjool 2 cps (280g) raw cashew nuts 125g Food Fibre Blend (optional) ¾ (75g carob powder A pinch of Celtic or Himalayan Salt ½ cup (40g) shredded coconut 2 tablespoons vanilla power or vanilla oil (Health Shop)3 to 4 tablespoons of cold water I use the juice of an orange instead of water when making orange flavour balls and three drops of Young Living orange essential oil. Crust: 1 cup dates 1/2 cup almonds Blend together ingredients and spread evenly into an 6-7" round pan. Cashew Cake: 2 cups cashews, soaked for 2 hours 1 beet, peeled and sliced 1/4 cup organic maple syrup 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 tablespoons filter water Blend together ingredients until a smooth consistency is reached. Pour into pan, over crust. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Sprinkle hemp seeds or any other toppings if desired before serving.

Ingredients: 3 Bananas mashed 1 cup dates chopped 1/3 cup coconut oil ½ cup walnuts chopped or cashews or both 2 cups rolled oats ½ cup of desiccated coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla oil (Health Shop) Method: Preheat oven for at 180 degrees.
