SUPERFOODS

There are so many "so Called" superfoods on the market claiming miraculous energy, healing & strength. The question is, What is a Superfood? or better still, what is True Superfood? Lets take a minute to have a look at a few of them;

Spirulina : Did you know there are hundreds of different types of spirulina?

Spirulina is a bacteria or algae, is high in Protein 60%-70% and chlorophyll, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants,amino acids, enzymes- is known to have over 100 nutrients, many people take this supplement with great results and others take it and get no results. It depends on where it grows as to the nutrition value.

Wheat Grass is a very good superfood and again it depends how good the soil is as to the nutrition levels, wheat grass contains around 70% chlorophyll and has good amounts of nutrients, amino acids, proteins, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, Vitamin C, some antioxidants and glyconutrients and has been used for years as an anti ageing supplement.

Other known superfoods : aloe vera, chia seeds, chlorella, barley grass, berries, maca, goji, AFA/E3, alfalfa, beetroot, broccoli, kale, fermented vegetables and many more.

All the above foods have a tremendous health value, but from experience, if they are not grown in the right soil and environment and prepared correctly then the truth is they are NOT Superfood. People are spending millions of dollars on supplements yearly and just wasting their money, chances are you could be one of them, i was one of those.

1.the nutrition needs to be in the soil to make good superfood

2. the superfood needs to be whole, not pulled apart and iscolated as in seperate nutrients

3. the superfood needs to be highly absorbable and conductive (have the energy /electric charge present)

4. needs to be synergistic, which means the nutrients need to work together with other nutrients.

5. needs to have all the nutrients together without being tampered with/ balanced and complete

6. needs to be chemical free and totally natural/ organic.

In 2013 there is not much out there which covers these 6 points, all the above foods are useful but still lack what the DNA needs to repair cells through the RNA. If all the above were combined in one superfood, there would be good benefit provided that they were organically grown. I am not saying they have no benefit at all, i am just saying that, wouldnt it be good to get the best possible superfood with all the nutrients we need?

There is a Way: When we grow our food the right way, (yes there is a right way) we build up the soil and put all the microbes, compost, nutrients, minerals back into the soil and the brix reading is around 12% for vegetables and herbs and 20%+ for fruit, all our food will be superfood and will heal the cells and DNA quicker and better than any supplement, this is a law of Nature, a Law of Our Creator who made the World Perfect but we ruined it. see article on soil health.

A brix meter is used by farmers who want to measure the minerals and good sugars in their plants or fruit, when we have high brix readings we are not taking in to our body the damaging short chain sugars but the long chain polysaccharides, these help heal and repair DNA, these beneficial sugars are missing in our supermarket food and some homegrown food.

There is also a Superfood which does contain over 15000 nutrients which is available, it is called Bio Algae Superfood (f3), this has been scrutenized by many Health Authorities and has passed every time over the 40 years they have researched this. Bio Superfood is the most nutrient dense food on earth, no supplement can claim 15000 nutrients, it covers the 6 points above which should relate to a superfood.

Dr Michael Kiriac discovered Bio Algae and saved many lives in the Chenoble Neuclear Disaster in Russia, many kids and adults were healed from this radioactive disaster.

It Contains Spirulina Pacifica, Spirulina Platensis, Dunaliella Salina and Astaxanthin from Haematoccocus Pluvialis, 4 of the most powerful algae on Earth 2 green, 1 yellow and 1 red algae.
